The Boy Serg, Chapter 8: The Appraisal

All of the Boys for sale at the collective’s auction must have a periodic appraisal. This is usually done every other time they are sold. With such large amounts of money changing hands, buyers have to be able to trust the auctions and the quality of the merchandise. It’s important to make certain that the Boys are physically fit, mentally healthy. Three Masters are chosen to conduct the appraisal.
